The IT Solution Centers provides direct support and assistance for City employees. Go to the most convenient location during the hours listed to get assistance with a mobile computing issue.

OTC Solution Center, 175 E 2nd St, 6th Floor (west of Internet Café)
Monday – Friday | 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.

Radio Shop Solution Center, 3436 N Delaware Ave.
Monday – Friday | 7:30 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.

Police Courts Solution Center, 600 Civic Center
Monday – Friday | 6:30 a.m. - 5 p.m. 

Engineering North Solution Center, 2317 S. Jackson Ave
Monday – Friday | 8 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.

Emergency after hours technical support (including network password resets and account unlocks) is available for Public Safety employees and 24-hour operations location by calling 918-596-7070 and selection the following options

  • Option 1 - Network password resets and account unlocks
  • Option 2 - Non-emergency IT issues to leave a message requesting a callback on the next business day
  • Option 3 - After hours technical support for Public Safety or any other 24-hour operations location
