Update to the City Subdivision Regulations Underway

Efforts to update the City's subdivision regulations are ongoing and have just recently reached another milestone. On September 21, 2016, the project consultant Kirk Bishop with Duncan Associates was in town to present the Draft Issue Identification and Outline Memo. This document provides an overview of the subdivision ordinance update project based on the priorities identified during our kick-off meetings and stakeholder listening sessions. It was reviewed by of both the Subdivision Regulations Work Group and (staff) Technical Team whose comments were added to the final report.

A public draft of the subdivision regulations is being prepared and will be available for public comment Spring 2017. More information on the project and team available under Current Projects.
