It's Customer Service Week!

National Customer Service week kicks off today and runs through Friday. Several department directors selected 14 outstanding City of Tulsa employees to highlight this week for their amazing customer service to citizens and fellow coworkers alike. Meet our "Everyday Heroes."

  • The City's 2015 Charitable Giving Campaign kicked off, Sept. 24 and will run through Oct. 24. Our goal is to raise $130,00! Watch for a list of upcoming activities to help raise money for Tulsa area families in need of basic and emergency services.
  • Sept. 25, Mayor Bartlett and members of the Safety team joined AT&T officials and the Oklahoma Highway Patrol in promoting the Tag Five to Save Five social media campaign to NOT Text and Drive. Join the cause: Tag five friends on Facebook, Twitter, or Instagram. Challenge them to take the pledge!
  • The Tulsa Spirit Fall Festival is coming soon - Saturday, Oct. 17. See the October Rewards newsletter for details.
  • Get your flu shot! Check out the Intranet for a schedule of upcoming Flu Immunization Clinics.
  • If you're an exempt supervisor or manager, there's only one date left for mandatory FMLA training: Sept. 30 at City Hall, 10-North. Contact your department registrar to enroll today.

Retired Employees of Tulsa Association (RETA)

The Retirees Association invites all retired City employees to join the Association for just $10 per year.

With membership, retirees enjoy regular meetings to share ongoing City business and keep up-to-date on business with MERP.

Meetings are held every other month, on the second Wednesday at the Tulsa Garden Center. New members receive a free lunch when they attend their first meeting!
