The Permit Center is the administrative arm and public face of Development Services. Citizens who walk into or call are generally greeted by a member of the Permit Center staff. The Permit Center is responsible for essential department functions including:

Using our Citizen Self Service Portal, you may apply for permits, upload documents, check the status of existing applications, submit application revisions, make payments, print your permit and schedule inspections all from the convenience of your computer 24 hours a day. Development Services forms are available online including: Permit Applications, Permit Request forms, Contractor Registration and Account forms, Appeal forms, and procedure booklets.

The Permit Center is located on the 4th Floor of City Hall. Our public hours are 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., Monday through Friday.
