The City of Tulsa is dedicated to providing more tools for citizens to report issues and interact with City of Tulsa Customer Care staff. 311 adds convenience and value by allowing citizens to log in to report and track through an individual account, or to simply dial 311 to speak to a representative. The days of remembering a 7-digit telephone number to report an issue are history. We are pleased to take your report and will work to resolve issues as quickly as possible.
