The mission of Grants Administration is to provide coordination and oversight for the City of Tulsa's grants administration process.

City Of Tulsa Combined Notice Of Finding Of No Significant Impact
And Notice Of Intent To Request Release Of Funds

On or after April 7, 2015 the City of Tulsa will submit a request to the US Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) for the release of grant fund. The City has determined that the construction of the Cherokee Meadows affordable rental housing project and the rehabilitation and expansion of the Frost Family Center project will have no significant impact on the human environment. Any individual, group, or agency may submit written comments on the Environmental Review Record to the Office of the Mayor. All comments received by April 6, 2015 will be considered by the City prior to authorizing submission of a request for release of funds. Comments should specify which Notice they are addressing.

2015 Income Limits Published

The 2015 Income Limits are available effective April 13, 2015.

Consolidated Plan 2015-2019 Needs Assessment

The City of Tulsa presented information on continuing and emerging needs in Tulsa as it relates to poverty, education, homelessness, transportation and housing. Citizens were asked to prioritize their needs and potential goals to address these issues.

Once the five-year plan is finalized outlining community needs, resources, priorities, and proposed activities, it is then sent to HUD for approval.
