The City's Utility Billing system is currently up with limited access due to a recent ransomware attack. May’s bills are starting to be distributed via paperless billing and mail. Please be patient as it will take a few weeks to get all of the bills delivered.
Once you receive your May bill with your new Account and Customer ID, you will be able to make payments at https://cityoftulsacitizens.munisselfservice.com utilizing your new numbers. Please note that your previous 9-digit account number cannot be used. Additionally, this online system can only handle payments, and users will not be able to make changes to their account at this time.
For those on paperless billing, out of caution, your bills will be emailed from the email domain @mail.tdr.tylerhosting.cloud. Paperless billing customers can expect these bills to be emailed over the coming weeks.
Payments made through this system may take 1-2 business days to post to your account.
