City Hall on the Go


As part of the City's Resilience strategy, part of which aims to transform city and regional systems, City Hall on the Go (CHOTG) aims to empower a broad range of stakeholders while promoting civic and engaged communities.

CHOTG, which is a national model implemented in many cities that brings city hall services into various underserved neighborhoods, is being piloted by the City of Tulsa to increase civic engagement and better serve the needs of residents.


During our pilot event on November 7, 2022, the Tulsa Fire Department and the City’s Human Resources, Mayor’s Office of Resilience & Equity (MORE), and Customer Care (311) departments helped residents apply for jobs with the City, learn how to file human rights complaints, register with 311 for easy reporting, and learn about fire safety.
