The City of Tulsa is holding 2026 Program Year Request for Proposal (RFP) Workshops for HUD grant funding for the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), Home Investment Partnerships Program (HOME), Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG) and Housing Opportunities for Persons with AIDS (HOPWA).
The in-person workshops are scheduled for September 2 and 3 at Tulsa City Hall, 175 E. 2nd St.
Dates and times are as follows:
Tuesday, September 2, 2025
Workshop 1: 2 - 4 p.m.
Wednesday, September 3, 2025
Workshop 2: 10 a.m. - Noon
Workshop 3: 2 - 4 p.m.
Interested parties must RSVP to grantsadmin@cityoftulsa.org indicating which workshop they want to attend to receive the meeting invitation and further details. When contacting Grants Administration, please RSVP an attendee for each grant application.
The deadline to RSVP is 5 p.m. on Friday, August 29, 2025. Attendance is mandatory if applying.
