Private Work to Narrow Lanes at Three Locations Beginning Monday, November 2

Beginning Monday, Nov. 2, drivers can expect lanes to begin narrowing at two locations as private utility-related projects are completed.

The following traffic impacts are anticipated:

• South Lewis Avenue, from East 24th to East 26th Streets: Southbound lanes will be narrowed until Dec. 2.
• North Sheridan Road and East Virgin Street Intersection: Southbound lanes of North Sheridan will be narrowed through the intersection until Nov. 4.
• North Sheridan Road and East Admiral Place Intersection: Southbound lanes of North Sheridan will be narrowed through the intersection until Nov. 4.

Drivers should expect traffic delays in these areas and are encouraged to use caution, follow all posted traffic signage, and allow extra time when traveling through work zones.
