The City of Tulsa Development Services Department will hold satellite permit services outside of City Hall during the month of February at the Home Builders Association of Greater Tulsa, 11545 E. 43rd St.
The new effort is part of Mayor Nichols' goals to increase affordable housing, decrease blight, cut the red tape and reduce barriers to development - all through more accessible service delivery.
Permit services will be available two days a week throughout February:
• Tuesdays: 8 a.m. - Noon
• Thursdays: Noon - 4 p.m.
Available Services
• All standard permit activities
• Residential plan review support
• On-site City staff available to answer questions and provide guidance
Purpose of the Pilot
• Improve customer experience for builders and developers
• Increase efficiency and clarity in the permitting process
• Support the timely delivery of new housing across Tulsa
Feedback will help inform future service improvements and potential expansion of satellite permit offerings.
