A lane closure is currently in place on East 21st Street, between South Owasso Avenue and Woodward Park Drive due to ongoing utility work.
During this time, the outermost eastbound lane is closed, while the innermost lane remains open. This closure is expected to last until mid-November of this year, weather permitting.
Drivers are encouraged to follow posted detour routes, use caution in the area and allow extra travel time.
