COVID-19 Supply Donation Guidelines

The staff at various hospitals, clinics, and first responder agencies have worked diligently to procure necessary Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) for workers who are on the front lines.

As COVID-19 spreads in our community, and with the increased global shortages of supplies, the City of Tulsa  is now gratefully accepting donations of needed supplies that will be distributed to agencies in need.

Donations must be in unopened, original packaging. Currently, we are not accepting homemade supplies and unable to accept donations from private households or individuals due to quality control issues and potential contamination.

Items currently being accepted:

• New Face shields
• New Goggles
• New CDC/NIOSH approved for medical use N95 Masks/Respirators
• We will also accept the industrial equivalents to the medical N95 or N100 masks
• New Impervious Gowns
• New Tyvek suits
• New Procedure and Surgical Masks
• New Hand Sanitizer
• New Hospital Disinfectant
• New Infrared Thermometers
• New Trash Bags
• • 30 gallon or larger and  2.0  mil thickness (or thicker)  
• New Industrial or medical use Powered Air Purifying Respirator (PAPR) ensembles
• New Industrial or medical use Powered Air Purifying Respirator(PAPR) hoods, filters, batteries
• New gloves (preference of nitrile, natural rubber, and polychloroprene or chloroprene), no latex or plastic
