On April 4, Yielbonzie Johnson will present “Lives on the Line – a Greenwood Arts Project” at the Church of the Restoration, 1314 N. Greenwood Ave., from 12:30 p.m. to 6 p.m. A program is scheduled for 2 p.m.

Mayor G.T. Bynum has announced that Tammy Pitts will serve as the Chief Financial Officer for the City of Tulsa and oversee the Finance Department, effective immediately.
In February this year, the City issued a Request for Competitive Sealed Proposals (CSP) for management of the City’s Animal Shelter (separate from animal control field operations and law enforcement, which must remain City functions). A panel was established to examine the proposals.

Drivers with outstanding municipal parking tickets can participate in our Parking Ticket Amnesty Monday, October 28 through Friday, November 8. The ticket owner can pay pre-set parking citations at City Hall or Municipal Court without late fees. If a ticket owner needs to set up a payment plan, they will need to be added to a daily docket with one of our Municipal Courts judges. Read more for details.
