With City of Tulsa general fund revenues for Fiscal Year 2020-2021 projected to be $13 million less than last year, non-sworn employees paid from the general fund will be on furlough for four hours each Friday afternoon through December 23. Mayor G.T. Bynum announced that Kathryn Junk and Anna America will join the Mayor’s Office in key roles to help serve the residents of Tulsa.
