Mayor G.T. Bynum presented his Proposed Fiscal Year 2022-23 Budget to the Tulsa City Council on Wednesday, April 20, 2022. The proposed $944.9 million budget includes raising the minimum wage for all full-time positions to $16 an hour, new classes for both police and fire, and $2 million toward the implementation of the Kirkpatrick Heights Greenwood Master Plan.
After a recommendation from the Greenwood Cultural Center Board, Mayor G.T. Bynum selected the Moody Nolan / JCJ Architecture team to lead the Greenwood Cultural Center’s renovation project. Moody Nolan will oversee the design and serve as a cultural adviser for the renovations, JCJ Architecture will be the local architect of record.

A public meeting with the latest information about the City of Tulsa Brownfields program will be held Thursday, Nov. 21, from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. in the Rudisill Regional Library Ancestral Hall, 1520 N.
