On Wed. evening, Tulsa City Council approved eight proposed projects part of Phase 1 of the Coronavirus Relief Funds (CRF) programming to help Tulsans impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic. South Yale Avenue between East 81st Street and East 91st Street, under construction for widening from two to six lanes, is scheduled to reopen to through traffic on Wednesday, July 27. One lane will be open in each direction until construction progresses to allow more lanes to open.
