The Information Technology Department is an internal service organization that is committed to providing the technology needs of all City departments. The goals of every department become the goals of the Information Technology Department. The department is managed following industry standard work breakdown structures ensuring a cost effective and highly efficient service delivery.

Mission

The mission of the Information Technology Department is to provide cost effective and highly efficient technology services for our clients.

Our goals are to:

Align services and resources with customer goals
Reform our approach from reactive to proactive
Provide redundant, resilient and reliable Information Technology services for the City.
