The Emergency Rental and Utility Assistance Program (ERAP), under guidelines set forth by the U.S. Department of the Treasury, will help landlords and tenants by paying past due rent, utilities (water, gas, and electric) and, in some cases, forward rent for up to three months to ensure housing stability.

Due to the COVID-19 threat, the test excavation will be postponed until it is safe to continue. Travel restrictions and shelter in place orders have been instituted across the country and the City received guidance provided by the University of Oklahoma, the team leading the research, to postpone the test excavation. Once it is safe to continue, the City will provide an update once a new date is scheduled.

The Army Corps of Engineers continue to release 275,000 cubic feet per second (cfs) from Keystone Dam. In the absence of additional rainfall, the Corps says it will continue this level of outflow through Thursday, but officials will keep a close watch on the potential rainfall overnight in the event the release rate increases.

Through funding provided by voters in Vision Tulsa, the City will construct a new National Headquarters, National Track Stadium containing both an Olympic-caliber and Amateur Track, and Hall of Fame Museum at the Evans Fintube site in Tulsa.
