We have kicked-off our 9th Annual Stock the Station Food Drive that will help Tulsans in need this holiday season. The Community Food Bank of Eastern Oklahoma (CFBEO) will be the recipient of food and donations collected by the food drive and will be able to deliver goods to 111 Partner Programs located in Tulsa proper. Residents can drop-off non-perishable food items to any Tulsa Fire Station, Tulsa Police Station, Tulsa City-County Regional Library or Tulsa City Hall from Nov. 12 - Dec. 13.

The City of Tulsa will kick-off its 11th Annual Stock the Station Food Drive on Monday, Nov. 8 that will help Tulsans in need this holiday season. However, this year’s food drive will be virtual, due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Instead of dropping off non-perishable food items at City facilities, residents can make a monetary donation to the Community Food Bank of Eastern Oklahoma.
City Hall and other City facilities will be closed Thursday, July 4, for Independence Day. Public safety and mission critical operations, however, will operate as normal. Residents who need assistance with a water or sewer problem may call the following 24-hour emergency numbers: water – (918) 596-9488, and sewer – (918) 586-6999.
Curbside recycling will restart soon in Tulsa, with Tulsa Recycle & Transfer almost ready to resume operations. Beginning Jan. 31, 2022, customers need to be sure that their trash is in the gray cart and their recycling is in the blue cart at 5 a.m. on their pickup day. Refuse and recycling will be collected separately starting on that day.
