The Tulsa Fire Department is partnering with the Mental Health Association Oklahoma, St. John Medical Center, the Tulsa Health Department, and The Merchant to provide A Pop-Up Resource Clinic for Tulsans in need.

Help Trap the Grease! City and the M.e.t. to Collect Cooking Oil for Disposal on Saturday, Nov. 28

Following the Thanksgiving holiday, the City of Tulsa, in partnership with the M.e.t., will collect and dispose of leftover and used cooking oils such as peanut, canola and vegetable oil. This event will be held Saturday, Nov. 28, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the M.e.t. Depot at 3495 S. Sheridan Road.

City of Tulsa Winter Weather Update Feb. 23, 2022 – 10:30 a.m.

The City of Tulsa is responding to a winter weather event moving through the area today and tomorrow. Crews started 24-hour response starting around midnight this morning. Crews are working 12-hour shifts throughout the event. Brine (salt/water mix) was used overnight to pre-treat the roads, with crews having turned to salt application this morning. Plows are at the ready and may be utilized this afternoon if further sleet buildup occurs.

The City of Tulsa offers greenwaste drop-off and mulch pick up to Tulsa, Broken Arrow, Jenks, and Bixby residents free of charge. Commercial customers can also drop-off following a cubic yard fee structure.
