City offices will be closed on Thursday, November 28 and Friday, November 29, for the Thanksgiving holiday. Thursday and Friday refuse customers will see a shift in their service. The Army Corps of Engineers is now releasing 250,000 cubic feet of water per second from Keystone Dam into the Arkansas River with the expectation that the Corps will leave it at this rate through Sunday, May 26.

City of Tulsa Thanksgiving Operations and Closings

City Hall, Municipal Court and other City facilities will be closed on Thursday, Nov. 24, and Friday, Nov. 25, for the Thanksgiving holiday. There will be no refuse, recycling, bulky waste or yard waste collection on Thursday, Nov. 24. As a result, Thursday and Friday customers will experience a change in their collection schedule. Thursday customers will receive collection service on Friday and Friday customers will receive collection service on Saturday.
