HUD grant funding opportunities available through the City of Tulsa include the following:
MANDATORY HUD Funding RFP Workshops
Mark your calendars for the mandatory Program Year 2026 Request for Proposal (RFP) Workshops for HUD grant funding for CDBG, HOME, ESG, and HOPWA. The workshops are scheduled for September 2 and 3, 2025.
Workshops are being held with the understanding that the federal funding levels for PY 2026 are subject to change and may not be confirmed until after this RFP process is complete.
All workshops will be held in person at City Hall. Please allow 10-15 minutes for security processing & bring one form of identification.
Tuesday, September 2, 2025
Workshop 1: 2 - 4 p.m.
Wednesday, September 3, 2025
Workshop 2: 10 a.m. - Noon
Workshop 3: 2 - 4 p.m.
IMPORTANT NOTE: You MUST RSVP to grantsadmin@cityoftulsa.org indicating which workshop you’d like to attend to receive the meeting invitation and further details. RSVP an attendee for each grant application.
The deadline to RSVP is 5 p.m. on Friday, August 29, 2025.
