Sports and fitness for adult and youth are among the department's most popular programs. No matter what your age, ability or interest, there's likely a program for you. Highlights include:

- League Sports. The department sponsors dozens of leagues in every season, including T-ball, basketball, flag football, volleyball, tennis, and more. For league sports or tournament offerings, please choose either adult sports or youth sports.

- Sports and Fitness Programming at community centers. This includes everything from aerobics to disc golf to martial arts to tennis lessons. Please choose the community center of your choice from the menu on the left for more information.

- Extensive Sports/Fitness Facilities. Tulsa Parks has lighted and unlighted ball fields, sand volleyball courts, full gyms, basketball courts, lighted and unlighted tennis courts, and over 60 miles of trails.
