Travel restrictions and shelter in place orders have been instituted across the country and the City received guidance provided by the University of Oklahoma, the team leading the research, to postpone the test excavation. Unused or expired prescription medications are a public safety issue, leading to accidental poisoning, overdose and abuse. A prescription drug take-back event is scheduled for residents to properly dispose of unwanted medications and prescription drugs on Saturday, October 29, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at several Tulsa area locations.
Each year in the month of August, Tulsa utility customers have the option to change their enrollment status in the EMSAcare program. They may choose to opt in or opt out of the upcoming program year that begins billing Oct. 1.
