The City of Tulsa Mulch Site will reopen Wednesday, November 17, following a closure due to a fire in the mulch piles. The mulch site will be open for drop-off of tree branches, grass and leaves only. There will be no opportunities for firewood or firewood pick up at this time.

The State of Oklahoma Archaeological Survey based at the University of Oklahoma will continue their work this week at Oaklawn Cemetery, 1133 E. 11th St., for the 1921 Tulsa Race Massacre Graves Investigation.
The Army Corps of Engineers continue to release 275,000 cubic feet per second (cfs) from Keystone Dam. In the absence of additional rainfall, the Corps says it will continue this level of outflow through Thursday, but officials will keep a close watch on the potential rainfall overnight in the event the release rate increases.
The second of five citywide town hall meetings scheduled for discussion about renewing Improve Our Tulsa will be held Tuesday, April 16, at 6 p.m. in the Lewis and Clark Elementary School auditorium, 737 S. Garnett Road. Spanish language interpreters will be available at the meeting.
