Drivers with outstanding municipal parking tickets can participate in our Parking Ticket Amnesty Monday, October 28 through Friday, November 8. The ticket owner can pay pre-set parking citations at City Hall or Municipal Court without late fees. If a ticket owner needs to set up a payment plan, they will need to be added to a daily docket with one of our Municipal Courts judges. Read more for details.

On Tuesday, October, 23 the iconic Iron Man upgrade, standing at 12 feet high and nearly 400 pounds, will stand in front of City Hall from approximately 10:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.. City Hall, Municipal Court and other City facilities will be closed on Friday, Nov. 11, for Veterans Day. Public safety and mission-critical operations, however, will operate as normal. Residents who need assistance with a water or sewer problem may call the following 24-hour emergency number: water - (918) 596-9488, and sewer - (918) 586-6999. Residential refuse, recycling, bulky waste, and yard waste collection will operate as usual on Friday, Nov. 11.
On October 13, Mayor G.T. Bynum announced James Wagner will serve as the Director of the City’s Working In Neighborhoods (WIN) Department effective immediately. Wagner, the current Finance Director for the City of Tulsa, is assuming the WIN role following the passing of longtime City of Tulsa employee and former WIN Director Dwain Midget. Wagner will also serve as the interim Finance Director while the City follows its process to fill the Finance Director position.
