Fire Chief Ray Driskell Announces Retirement

After 35 years of dedicated service to the citizens of Tulsa, Fire Chief Ray Driskell will retire effective April 30, 2020. Chief Driskell began his career with the Tulsa Fire Department in 1993.

Street crews are applying brine (water/salt mixture) today on bridges, hills and other elevated surfaces. Morning shift crews will report to work at 3 a.m. tomorrow to be available to treat the roads as needed with salt.
