1921 Graves Meeting Scheduled Feb. 3

The Public Oversight Committee for the 1921 Tulsa Race Massacre Graves Investigation will meet on Monday, Feb. 3, 5:30 p.m. at Rudisill Regional Library, 1520 N. Hartford Ave., to further develop next steps of the 1921 graves physical investigation. (Please note the meeting was moved to Rudisill Regional Library from Greenwood Cultural Center.)

On Friday, July 28, 2023, the Tulsa Public Facilities Authority (TPFA) awarded Oak View Group the venue management and food service contract for the premier sports and music venue BOK Center and the 275,000- square foot Cox Business Convention Center.

Mayor Bynum Adds Key Positions to Administration in Preparation for Second Term

Mayor G.T. Bynum announced that Kathryn Junk and Anna America will join the Mayor’s Office in key roles to help serve the residents of Tulsa. Kathryn Junk will serve as the Chief of Staff to Mayor Bynum beginning Nov. 16 and Anna America will serve as the Chief of Culture and Recreation effective immediately.

Two employees were recognized today for their tireless efforts to improve safety culture at the City of Tulsa. City Star, a City of Tulsa safety awards and recognition program, was awarded to Kelli Canup and Connie Demoret, employees who both work at the City’s Water and Sewer Department.

Tulsa City Council Votes Unanimously to Approve Citywide Mask Ordinance Addendum; All Persons 10 Years Old and Older Required to Wear Masks in Public

The Tulsa City Councilors voted and approved a citywide addendum to the City’s existing mask ordinance, which lowers the age requirement for those who are required to wear a mask from ages 18 and over to ages 10 and over.
