Mayor Bynum introduced new hope for the welfare of Tulsa’s animal population by announcing an eight-step guide for multiple improvements. Tulsa’s water won the Oklahoma Water Taste Contest last week in Norman at the annual conference of the Oklahoma Water Environment Association/American Public Works Association. This win allows Tulsa’s water to advance to the next contest at the Southwest American Water Works Association conference in Lafayette, La., in October. If Tulsa water wins that contest, it would be qualified to enter the national contest in Anaheim, Calif., in June 2024.
