The City of Tulsa’s Mulch Site will be closed until further notice to address a fire in the mulch piles. During this time, residents can bundle limbs and branches and tie them into bundles no more than 2-feet across and 4-feet long, weighing less than 40 lbs., and put them alongside their refuse cart on their regular trash day and crews will pick them up. There is a limit of 15 bags and/or bundles that will be picked up at the curb on a resident’s primary collection day.

The City continues its restoration of systems and services following a ransomware attack discovered in May. Various electronic payment functions are back in service, and most City locations are now accepting debit and credit cards. For citizen reporting and general questions, or questions about a water bill, residents should continue to call 311, and press 0, during business hours.
Vendor forms needed to do business with the City. Forms include ACH Authorization, Affidavits, Architect - Engineer Services (TUL 9280), Contract Affidavits, and W-9.
Today on 918 Day, Mayor G.T. Bynum and more than 40 area businesses, organizations, elected officials, educational institutions, and nonprofits teamed up to wish all of Tulsa a Happy 918 Day in a virtual tribute.
Unless officially noted as prohibited with Tulsa Parks signage, fishing is currently allowed at any public body of water within Tulsa (including park ponds & stormwater retention areas). As of October 2021, Tulsa Park is now partnering with the Oklahoma State Department of Wildlife Conservation (ODWC) to develop and provide a Close to Home Fishing program. The state’s Close to Home Fishing Program was designed as a partnership between the Wildlife Department and municipalities across Oklahoma to provide urban angling opportunities. These small bodies of water are stocked with fish and managed with special regulations, ensuring opportunities exist for anglers who may only have a little time on their hands and nowhere to go. More importantly, they offer urban dwellers an opportunity to share their fishing heritage with others.

Service and system restoration following the May 2021 ransomware attack is commencing as scheduled. Stating with August utility bills Cutoff and late fee notices are resuming. Residents are encouraged to set up payment arrangements if needing financial assistance.
