City Hall, Municipal Court and other City facilities will be closed on Monday, Jan. 18, in observance of Martin Luther King Jr. Day. Public safety and mission critical operations, however, will operate as normal. The City of Tulsa Mulch Site will reopen Wednesday, November 17, following a closure due to a fire in the mulch piles. The mulch site will be open for drop-off of tree branches, grass and leaves only. There will be no opportunities for firewood or firewood pick up at this time.
