City Facilities to Close Thursday and Friday, Nov. 28-29, for Thanksgiving

City offices will be closed on Thursday, November 28 and Friday, November 29, for the Thanksgiving holiday. Thursday and Friday refuse customers will see a shift in their service. Citizens.
